Quinoa Chicken Burgers

ingredients

1 lb Maple Leaf Prime® Raised Without Antibiotics Ground Chicken
2 cups quinoa, cooked and chilled
1 egg, whisked
1 cup feta, crumbled
¾ cup parsley, chopped
1 onion, grated
1 tbsp garlic, minced
Salt
Pepper
6 whole grain buns, split
1 cup cucumber
1 tomato

directions

1. In a large bowl using your hands mix turkey, quinoa, egg, feta, onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Do not over work, mix just enough to combine ingredients. Shape into 6 patties.

2. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

3. Grill burgers 6 to 7 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

4. Assemble burgers by laying burger on bottom bun followed by cucumber, tomato and top bun.
