Maple Leaf Prime® Raised Without Antibiotics Chicken & Broccoli Burritos

ingredients

1 pkg Maple Leaf Prime® Raised Without Antibiotics Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped
1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces (about 4 cups)
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 large Tortillas
1/3 cup (80 mL) Melted butter
1 cup ready prepared bruschetta or fresh salsa
1/3 cup sour cream

directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place broccoli in a microwaveable bowl. Add ½ cup (125 mL) of water, cover and microwave for 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is fork tender. Drain and place in a large bowl.

3. Add chicken pieces, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese and stir to combine.

4. Assemble burritos by dividing chicken and broccoli mixture evenly between the tortillas.

5. Roll tortilla around the filling and place on a baking sheet, seam side down. Brush each burrito with melted butter.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Serve with bruschetta or salsa and a dollop of sour cream.
