Grilled Buffalo Chicken Thigh Sandwiches

ingredients

8 Maple Leaf Prime® Raised Without Antibiotics Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 cup Buffalo sauce, divided
1 cup Prepared coleslaw salad
4 slices Marble cheese
8 slices Dill pickle
4 Fresh soft buns, toasted

directions

1. Preheat grill to medium high heat

2. Toss and coat chicken with half the buffalo sauce in a large bowl.

3. Grill chicken thighs 6 to 8 mins or until a temperature of 165 degrees is reached.

4. Brush chicken thighs with reserved buffalo sauce

5. Assemble sandwiches by placing a slice of cheese on bottom bun followed by pickle, 2 chicken thighs and coleslaw.

6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

7. Serve immediately.
