Our chickens are fed vegetable grains with no animal by-products. They live in open climate-controlled barns, and are given regular veterinary care as well as vitamin supplements to keep them healthy. We are proud to raise them without antibiotics because we believe they’re overused in farming agriculture. Today, 80% of antibiotics are used to raise animals, and this doesn’t need to be the case. The use of antibiotics can affect our health in the future through untreatable ‘superbugs’, and that’s something we care about.
